February Events at Austin Convention Center Include Volleyball Tournaments, Pop Up Shop, RV Expo, TTA & SWTA, and the Foot and Ankle Surgeons Conference

AUSTIN, Texas – Eight events are scheduled to be hosted at the Austin Convention Center for February 2022. The events include the Lone Star Classic 18 and Southwest Boys Volleyball Tournaments, the Pop Up Shop Retail Event, the ATX Showcase Tournament, Resilient Austin in 2022 and Beyond, the 2022 Summit, the TRVA Austin RV Expo, the TTA & SWTA Joint Conference and the Annual Scientific Conference.

The Lone Star Classic 18S and Southwest Boys Classic Volleyball Tournaments will be held from Feb. 4-6 at the Austin Convention Center. Both are three-day tournaments featuring high ranking teams from around the country. Also scheduled is a men’s college volleyball challenge, a round-robin tournament between National Champion Hawai’i, two-time champion Stanford, Fairleigh Dickinson, and Queens University of Charlotte.

Feb. 10-13, the Pop Up Shop Retail Event is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. This is a curated shopping event for small business, boutiques, on-line stores, and small brands seeking exposure and connections.

The two-day ATX Showcase Girls Volleyball Tournament is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center from Feb. 12-13.

On Feb. 15, the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce is hosting A Resilient Austin in 2022 and Beyond. The day also marks the start of the scheduled Solution Tree - 2022 Summit from Feb. 15-17.

The 2022 TRVA Austin RV Expo is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center from Feb. 17-20. The four-day annual expo showcases RVs from local dealers, new trends and RV accessories, RV and travel seminars and musical performances.

Feb. 22-26, the TTA & SWTA 2022 Joint Conference is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center. The event hosted by the Texas Transit Association and the South West Transit Association brings members and representatives of transit providers from eight states, including Texas. The event brings vendors, vehicles, sessions, workshops, and training to transportation officials.

The 2022 Annual Scientific Conference, hosted by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS), is scheduled from Feb. 24-27. The highly rated conference is geared towards the latest advances in foot and ankle surgery. Programming includes educational and instructional courses.

The Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center are operated by the Austin Convention Center Department (ACCD), a division of the City of Austin. The Austin Convention Center Department continues to adhere to all City of Austin, Travis County, State of Texas, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
