December 2023 Events at Austin Convention Center: CareerQuest, Junior Volleyball, and Combat Club Austin
AUSTIN, Texas – In December 2023, the Austin Convention Center will host a trio of events, featuring CareerQuest 2023, the Austin Junior Volleyball Tour of Texas Warm-Up, and the ADCC US Open grappling event, along with a private business gathering.
The Careerquest 2023 Youth Expo is scheduled to take place on Dec. 5 at the Austin Convention Center. This event offers an immersive career exploration experience tailored for 7th-grade middle school students in Travis County. Local middle school students are invited to take an exciting journey to uncover their future career paths. In addition to exploration booths, the expo features live entertainment, different industries are providing hands-on exploratory experiences, aiding students in discovering their interests and understanding the array of options available throughout middle school, high school, and beyond graduation.
The Austin Junior Volleyball (AJV) Tour of Texas Warm-Up is scheduled at the Austin Convention Center from Dec. 16-17. The two-day format volleyball tournament, hosted by the Austin Sports Center is for girls and boy teams ranging in ages from 12 to 18.
The Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC) Austin US Open is scheduled for Dec. 16, at the Austin Convention Center. The grappling tournament is for kids, masters, and adults of different levels, ages, and weight classes.
