Austin Convention Center host Austin Boat Show, Austin Home and Garden Show, TASA Midwinter Conference, and more in January 2020

AUSTIN, Texas – The Austin Convention Center is kicking off 2020 with eight major events in the month of January, ranging from the TASA Midwinter Conference to the Austin Home and Garden Show, providing valuable resources and networking opportunities for people with a variety of interests.

Town Lake Productions, Inc. will host the 2020 Austin Boat and Travel Trailer Show from Jan. 2 through Jan. 5 (www.austinboatshow.com); MarketPlace Events will host the 2020 Austin Home and Garden Show from Jan. 10 through Jan. 12 (www.austinhomeandgardenshow.com); CFB Events, Inc. will host MagicFest Austin 2020 from Jan. 10 through Jan. 12 (www.cfbevents.com); SHI International Corp. will host the SHI Corp. Kickoff 2020 Vendor Show Jan. 23 (www.shi.com); the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation will host the 2020 Crohn’s and Colitis Congress Jan. 23 through Jan. 25 (www.crohnscolitiscongress.org); the Texas Association of School Administrators will host the 2020 TASA Midwinter Conference Jan. 25 through Jan. 29 (www.tasamidwinter.org); and SXSW, LLC will host the 2020 SXSW Volunteer Fair on Jan. 26 (volunteer.sxsw.com).

The month of February will bring approximately 15,000 strong to the Austin Convention Center for the 2020 TCEA Annual Convention and another 9,500 for the 2020 Austin RV Expo, among a handful of other events including Quiltcon and the 2020 Lone Star Classic volleyball tournament.

Nearly 10 million people have attended 3,500+ events, including over 900 conventions, at the LEED® Gold-certified Austin Convention Center since it opened in 1992.
