Catering is fully loaded with a team of chefs well-versed in traditional Southwest cuisine prevalent in the region. But no trip to Austin is complete without a bite from one of the city’s many coveted food trucks. We are partnered with 12 of the best in the scene. A meal from them will definitely get you feeling like a local.
Menus are customized by Executive Chef Brad Kelly to provide events creative, varied listings. These offerings are meticulously chosen to fit the event type and service style to provide a delicious one-of-a-kind experience. In creating this experience, event planner recommendations are strongly taken into consideration.
Executive Chef Brad Kelly leads with 41 years of culinary experience. He began his career at 12 years old and has since accumulated knowledge in restaurants, hotels, convention centers, and catering groups. Certified as Achieving ProChef Level II and Certified Chef de Cuisine by the American Culinary Federation and Culinary Institute of America in New York, Kelly is prepared for it all. Leading our team for the past 16 years, Chef Kelly has truly made us the crème de la crème.
