So at the Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center we offer a variety of specialty themed concessions that will meet the tastes of your individual or group. Along with Built-In Concessions we also offer Portable Concessions to enhance your attendee flow and complement your event. Should you be interested in a specialized menu at the concession stand … just ask your Sales Representative.

My name is Brad Kelly and I have been the Executive Chef at the Austin Convention Center Department since the Convention Center expansion in 2001.
I was born, raised and have lived my entire life in the Southwest, and am very proud of the unique culture that defines our region. Austin’s culture is down home, yet sophisticated, laid back, yet bustling with energy, traditional and eclectic.
I have developed the menu of the Austin Convention Center and Palmer Events Center to reflect these Southwest definitions. My New Mexican and Texas roots and the “Southwest Cuisine” that I have grown up with, is the passion behind my presentations. However, like the culture of Austin, our cuisine reaches beyond city limits and the borders of Texas and excels in the creation of customized menus.
I am confident your guests will be pleased whether you are joining us for a five-course banquet or a quaint coffee service. Our goal is to provide you and your guests with outstanding service and quality while introducing you to Austin.
